Together with CEO of MOST Holding Mirat Akhmetsadykov, Yerkezhan, Camilla and Dinara discussed their own projects, the impact of education on the success of today's youth and whether it is necessary to study at a prestigious school to enter the best university in the world
The podcast will answer questions from teenagers, students who dream of going abroad and launching their startup right now. Spoiler: you can do it too! Yerkezhan, Camilla and Dinara gave 3 tips especially for you.
1. Look for internships
Yerkezhan said that even companies such as Amazon accepted students for internships, and their volume is up to 9 thousand people annually: "Everythere has its own start. The start in the career is just an internship. They can accept internships without experience, but again, if a person has just graduated from school, I believe that he can aim for unpaid internships, or professional volunteering, so that he can get some of his first lines in his resume".
Experience of internship can be a decisive factor when entering foreign universities or when looking for your first job. The presence of internships in the resume shows that you are serious about your career, ready to work and develop. This is what both employers and university admissions committees appreciate.

2. Understand that there are opportunities everywhere
"What I like about Kazakhstan is that, I don't know, whether I have it like that, or what. As if there really is an opportunity to develop. The doors are open everywhere, and there are a lot of opportunities that you don't want to miss. They give you a whole field, go just try it, constantly make technical improvements, improve, you get an investment. You can sell such a product and then introduce it in Kazakhstan," Camilla tells about her experience.
Being the founder of the startup already in the 10th grade, Camilla managed to participate in various initiatives and competitions. Although many believe that there are no opportunities in Kazakhstan, her example proves the opposite.

3. It's not talent that decides
Dinara Kalikhan gave a farewell to all the girls who want to become entrepreneurs: "I always believe that 1% is talent and 99% is work, because there are very talented people who do not work, and those people who will work, they will overtake talented people. If you work hard, everything is possible."
Dinara, Camilla and Yerkezhan concluded that admission to prestigious universities is primarily influenced by work. Young people enter private schools such as Astana BIL, NIS, Haileybury, but this is only support. You can enter without a private school.
